When will registration for all attendees open?

** Registration for the McGuireWoods Emerging Manager Conference is now open. Please follow the registration link.

How many attendees per firm can attend?

** We ask Emerging Manager firms to register a maximum of two representatives to allow space for other firms to participate.

Is there a hotel accommodation block for conference attendees?
** Room blocks at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and Hotel Zaza have been filled. For a list of preferred hotels conveniently located near the conference, please see below.

What is your cancellation policy?

** EMC registration can be cancelled with a full refund up to the launch of the speed networking platform about 30 days prior to the conference. Once registered for the speed networking platform, cancellations are non-refundable.

When will agenda & panels be announced?

** The agenda and panels have been announced. Please visit our Agenda page.

Can I suggest panelist topics & speakers?

** We appreciate your interest in contributing to our event. However, our panels have already been announced and the speaking slots are currently filled. While we aren’t able to accommodate additional suggestions for topics or speakers for this particular event, we encourage you to stay tuned for future opportunities to engage with us and potentially contribute to upcoming panels or events.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

How can I access the attendee list?

** The attendee list is made available to registered attendees through our conference portal approximately one month prior to the event. Access instructions will be provided closer to the event date.

When will the meeting portal open?

** The meeting portal will be accessible to registered attendees approximately one month prior to the event. You will receive detailed instruction on how to access the portal, view the attendee list, and schedule meetings prior to the portal opening.
