Two Conferences. Sharper Focus. Better Connections.

In 2026, the McGuireWoods Emerging Manager Conference expanded into two distinct events — Buyouts and Beyond Buyouts — creating more focused forums for meaningful connections between Emerging Managers and Limited Partners.

McGuireWoods Emerging Manager Conference – Buyouts brought together Emerging Managers raising control buyout strategies, while McGuireWoods Emerging Manager Conference – Beyond Buyouts convened managers across growth equity, private credit, public equities, real assets and venture capital, providing a broader, multi-strategy forum for Emerging Managers and LPs.

Both conferences were designed for Emerging Managers raising Funds I–III and LPs actively making primary fund commitments. Each two-day program centered on curated, mutually scheduled one-on-one meetings aligned by investment strategy, complemented by timely discussions featuring leading allocators and managers and networking receptions that created additional opportunities to build and deepen relationships.

Applications for both conferences were reviewed by a committee to ensure a thoughtfully curated attendee mix and a highly intentional experience for Emerging Managers and Limited Partners.
