• Registration for the McGuireWoods Emerging Manager Conference will open Q4 2024. We will continue to send announcements and updates through our newsletter and social media channels, so please stay tuned for an exact registration date.

How many attendees per firm can attend?

• We ask Emerging Manager firms to register a maximum of two representatives to allow space for other firms to participate. Limited Partner firms may register more than two if meeting with Emerging Managers separately.

Is registration per attendee or per firm?

• Every registration is per attendee even if conducting meetings as a firm. If you two or more representatives from your firm register, each must register and pay individually.

Is there a hotel accommodation block for conference attendees?

• Hotel accommodation blocks will be secured following the opening of registration. Please check back at a later date.

What is the dress code?

• Business casual attire is recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

• EMC registration can be cancelled with a full refund up to the launch of the speed networking platform. Once registered for the speed networking platform, cancellations are non-refundable.

When will agenda & panels be announced?

• We aim to announce the conference agenda and panels approximately three to four months prior to the event. Keep an eye on our website, newsletter, and social media platforms for updates and announcements.

Can I suggest panelist topics & speakers?

• Absolutely! We welcome suggestions for panel topics and potential speakers. Please send your proposals and ideas to our conference organizers at MWEMC@mcguirewoods.com. Your input is valuable in shaping the content of our conference.

• The meeting portal will be accessible to registered attendees approximately one month prior to the event. You will receive detailed instruction on how to access the portal, view the attendee list, and schedule meetings prior to the portal opening.
